It contains fennel seeds known to promote the production of breast milk, as well as lemon balm and natural flavors of raspberry and red fruit for a sweet and fruity flavor.

Directions for use

Put 1 sachet in a cup of boiling water (about 250 ml) and let infuse for 5 minutes. Drink 6 cups a day to fully benefit from the effects of fennel.
