Thealose is a lubricating ophthalmic solution indicated to protect , moisturize and lubricate the ocular surface of dry eyes .
This moisturizing and protective hypotonic solution comes in aqueous form. It is sterile , preservative-free and has a neutral pH , in order to respect the natural balance of the eye. Thealose contains several ingredients:
Trehalose is a disaccharide found in many plants and animals. It provides dry eyes with protective, moisturizing and antioxidant properties. It therefore prevents dehydration of the eye . Trehalose also helps prevent protein denaturation and lipid degradation, thanks to its stabilizing functions of cell membranes.
Sodium hyaluronate is a molecule naturally present in the eye. This polysaccharide has water retention properties, in order to guarantee hydration and lubrication of the surface of the eye. Thanks to its bioadhesive action, sodium hyaluronate allows this eye solution to better adhere to the eye, for a long-lasting action .

Wash your hands thoroughly before use,
Do not touch your eye or eyelids with the tip of the bottle, especially if you think you have an eye infection.
Instill one drop into the lower conjunctival sac (space between the eye and the eyelid), pulling the lower eyelid down slightly and looking up.
