The tooth is naturally protected by the enamel and the gum (healthy tooth).
But following an erosion of the enamel or a retraction of the gum, the nervous part of the tooth is no longer isolated from external aggressions.
The tooth then becomes sensitive.
Sensodyne Complete Protection works inside the tooth to help soothe the nerve and provide 24 hour protection against tooth sensitivity."
