RENNIE LIQUO – SUGAR-FREE SOLUTION FOR HEARTBURN – 20 X 10-ML SINGLE-DOSE SACHETS

Rennie Liquo is a locally-acting antacid drinkable solution.

Suitable for ages 15 and over, it reduces stomach acidity to relieve heartburn and acid reflux.

Usage:

To be taken orally.

Rennie Liquo is a ready-to-use, sugar-free sweetened solution that can be drunk directly from the sachet.

Dosage:

– Not suitable for children under 15 years.

– Take 1 sachet after meals at the onset of symptoms.

If heartburn or acid reflux persists, take another sachet after 2 hours.

Do not take more than 4 sachets per day. Length of Treatment Do not use for more than 10 days.

Ingredients:

Active Ingredient (per 10-ml sachet): Hydrotalcite: 1.000 g

Other Ingredients: Sodium carmellose, anhydrous colloidal silica, bentonite, sodium saccharin, spearmint essential oil, cinnamon essential oil,purified water

Contains 90 mg of aluminium per sachet.

Use with caution if you undergo regular kidney dialysis, or if planning to take this medicine for an extended period.

– If, after 10 days, your symptoms persist or have worsened, do not increase the dose;

instead, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

– Do not exceed the recommended dose or length of treatment (see section titled"Dosage" above).

Contra-indications:

Do NOT use if:

– you are allergic to hydrotalcite or any of this medicine's other ingredients;

or

– you have severe kidney disease.

If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Unless recommended by your doctor, do not use this medicine:

– if your discomfort is due to weight loss;

– if it is the first time that you are experiencing digestive difficulty, or if the nature of the discomfort has recently changed;

– if you have kidney disease;

or

– in combination with another medicine.

Pregnancy and Breast-Feeding:

If you are pregnant: – If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, do NOT use unless recommended by your doctor.

If you are breast-feeding: You can safely use this medicine.
