"Neutrogena's Norwegian formula concentrated hand cream relieves dry and damaged hands. Its concentrated formula, enriched with glycerin, provides lasting relief and protection for the most parched hands. Even in the most extreme conditions, the hands are noticeably softer and smoother. Lightly scented.
Effective on:
- external aggressions: (wind and cold)
- chemical agents (detergents, cement, plaster...)
- washes (frequent use)
- Elbows, heels, knees, feet..."
Aqua, Glycerin, Cetearyl Alcohol, Stearic Acid, Palmitic Acid, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate, Dilauryl Thiodipropionate, Sodium Sulfate, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Parfum.
Apply in little amounts, gently rubbing your hands together as you go. A dollop of petroleum jelly is sufficient to alleviate very dry hands. Apply every 3 hours or as an occulsion on severely damaged hands to prevent further damage.
