FLUIMUCIL EXPECTORANT 200MG ADULTS & CHILDREN 30 SACHETS

Fluimucil Expectorant from Zambon is an acetylcysteine-based medicine indicated for the treatment of bronchial secretion disorders, especially in cases of acute bronchial disease such as bronchitis or chronic bronchopneumopathy.

Dosage:

The duration of treatment will not exceed 8 to 10 days without medical advice.

Adults and children over 7 years old: 600 mg per day, in 3 doses, i.e. 1 sachet 3 times per day. Children from 2 to 7 years old: 400 mg per day divided into 2 doses, i.e. 1 sachet 2 times a day.

Administration mode :

Oral route. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a little water.

No interaction with food has been reported; there is no indication for administration of the drug before or after meals.

Composition :

- Active substance : N. Acetylcysteine: 200.0 mg

- Other components: Orange flavor S 289, aspartame, beta-carotene (E 160), sorbitol.

Composition of the orange aroma S 289: natural aroma obtained by dispersion on dextrose of a concentrated base.

Composition of Beta-carotene 1% CWS/M E160: beta-carotene, gum arabic, sucrose, maltodextrin, dl-alphatocopherol, sodium ascorbate, edible fat, silica.
