Zenalia, sublingual tablet is a homeopathic medicine from Boiron Laboratories (specialised in homeopathic medicines) traditionally used in case of stage fright, apprehension, anxiety (trembling, diarrhoea, restless sleep, emotional palpitations). It is therefore particularly indicated for emotional people during exam periods for example.
Method of administration: Oral use. Let the Zenalia tablet melt under the tongue, at a distance from the meals. Dosage Take Zenalia at the first symptoms of stage fright, 1 tablet morning and evening. Duration of treatment Treatment should not exceed 15 days.
Precautions for use
Be careful with ZENALIA, sublingual tablet: This medicine is contraindicated in children under 6 years of age due to the risk of false imprints caused by the pharmaceutical form. Due to the presence of lactose, this medicine should not be used in patients with congenital galactosemia, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome or lactase deficiency. Due to the presence of sucrose, this medicine should not be used in patients with fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome or sucrase-isomaltase deficiency (rare metabolic diseases).
Contraindications
Do not take ZENALIA, sublingual tablet if you are allergic to any of the components of this medicine.

Composition
The active ingredients are (for one sublingual tablet): Gelsemium sempervirens 9CH: 1 mg Ignatia amara 9CH: 1 mg Kalium phosphoricum 15CH: 1 mg The other ingredients are: Sucrose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate.
