Boiron Stodal Syrup 200ml

STODAL is a homeopathic medicine traditionally used in the treatment of cough .
STODAL SYRUP HOMEOPATHIE BOIRON 200ML is reserved for adults.

Dosage

In adults : 1 dose of 15 ml using the measuring cup 3 to 5 times a day.
In children : 1 dose of 5 ml using the measuring cup 3 to 5 times a day.

The duration of treatment is limited to one week, however, the lack of improvement after 3 days should lead to see a doctor.

Method and route of administration: oral use.

/Ipeca/ 3 CH. 0.95 g
/Drosera/ TM. 0.95 g
/Spongla tosta/ 3 CH. 0.95 g
Tolu syrup 19.00 g
/Sticta pulmonaria/ 3 CH. 0.95 g
Polygala syrup. 19.00 g

Other substances : Sucrose solution, caramel, benzoic acid, 96% VV ethanol.

Contraindication

Due to the presence of sucrose, this medication is not recommended in
people with fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption
syndrome or sucrase-isomaltase deficiency (rare hereditary diseases).
This medicine contains 1.74% V-V of ethanol (alcohol).
This medicine contains sucrose: take it into account in the daily ration
in case of a low sugar diet or diabetes.

A 5 ml dose contains 0.069 g of ethanol and 3.75 g of sucrose.
A 15 ml dose contains 0.206 g of ethanol and 11.25 g of sucrose.

The use of this drug is dangerous in alcoholic subjects and must be
taken into account in pregnant or lactating women, children and high
risk groups such as hepatic impairment or epilepsy.

Given the presence of PULSATILLA 6 CH in the formula, this medication
should not be used in case of otitis or sinusitis, without medical advice.

Possible interactions 

If you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including
medicines obtained without a prescription, tell your doctor or pharmacist.

Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Do not use STODAL, syrup after the expiry date which is stated on the box.
