Day 1 to day 10 : Take 1 UNIDOSE a day of Arkofluids® Liver Drainer in a glass of water, preferably in the morning.
Day 11 to day 20 : Take 1 UNIDOSE a day of Arkofluids® Renal Depurative in a glass of water, preferably in the morning.
Day 21 to day 30 : Take 1 UNIDOSE a day of Arkofluids® Skin Detoxifier in a glass of water, preferably in the morning.
The product may be taken several times over the year. Due to the natural characteristics of the product, a slight deposit may appear but it does not alter its quality.
Shake the UNIDOSE before use (1). Take the UNIDOSE with the thin side up (2) and press down using your two thumbs (3). A trick to opening the UNIDOSE easily is to keep one, already empty of its contents, and to use it by operating it until the top breaks (4 & 5).
